This combines the application of her own organic products with various techniques including lymphatic drainage massage, head massage and Reiki. Choose from a 55 minute facial or the ultimate luxury 75 minute treatment which incorporates longer massage and reflexology.
This western style of massage is the most common and combines various hand techniques including gliding, kneading and cross fibre friction which helps shift those knots! You can choose for this to be slow and gentle, or more vigorous.
A type of massage which combines traditional hands-on techniques with the use of specific aromatherapy oils designed to help either de-stress, energise, calm or lift a low mood. Your therapist will discuss which oils are best for you dependent on how you feel.
Let us remove those knots and help you relax with a back, neck and shoulder massage and then enjoy a restorative and rejuvenating eye compress. Whilst this works its magic, our experienced therapist will give you a reflexology treatment with foot massage. You'll leave The Snug feeling fabulous from tip to toe.
A deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints) and is beneficial if you have specific stiffness or pain.
The treatment starts with a Swedish massage to warm up the body and then the therapist uses the soothing, warm stones as an extension of her hands, as well as leaving them along the spine to improve the flow of energy on your body.
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients to promote better health for their clients. The treatment can be tailored around specific client concerns or as an overall aid to destress and relax the body and mind.
This is a luxurious treatment which includes the following elements for perfectly manicured hands or feet, whilst being a deeply relaxing experience: hand or foot soak, scrub and file; removal of dead skin and cuticle work; a moisturising massage which goes all the way up to to elbow or knee; base coat, polish and top coat.
Please note if you cancel your treatment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the treatment. A cancellation on the day or a no-show will incur a 100% charge.
